Data should be emailed to the address company[email protected].
Where company is a short name of the software vendor/software name.
Subject
The subject should consist of:

Email body
The body of the email should start with a set of key value pairs, one per line similar to
those found in Internet email headers. The order of the lines does not matter. The body of
the email must contain the following lines:

A message will be returned to a pre-configured email
address indicating the time at which the data was extracted from the message along with
the reference string. The trading partner should provide this address. If there was an
error with the email, a notification
message will be sent automatically.
A blank line should follow the required tag lines. The rest of the email message may
contain human readable contact information.
Attachment
The data should be attached as a compressed base-64 encoded file. The file should be
compressed using gzip (ftp://ftp.is.co.za/gnu/gzip-1.2.4… depending on platform)
compression. The file name of the attached data file should be CompanyCLM.gz. The
mime type of the attachment should indicate the type of compression that is being used, in
this case the mime type should be application/x-gzip.
Reply receipt
The receipt messages that will be returned by Sovereign will have a similar format to
those received. The subject will be a copy of the originating message subject with a Re:
prepended to the string and either --ERROR or –OK appended to the end.
