HIV/AIDS in South Africa

The problems of HIV/AIDS are mounting in South Africa. UNAIDS states that South Africa, which was behind some of its neighbouring countries in HIV levels at the start of the 1990’s, is catching up fast. This year, one in seven new infections on the continent are in our country.
