A comprehensive and
scientific HIV/AIDS disease management and support
programme has been developed and implemented with the assistance
from
various experienced role-players in the HIV/AIDS field with the
following
objectives:

Provide appropriate and
cost effective care through the continuum from
home to hospital.

Delivery of service
within the framework of updated quality management guidelines.

Member education through
literature and telephonic support.
-
Assistance to service
providers with regard to the various treatment
options and protocols.
-
Ensure quality of care
with all other illnesses and chronic medication use.
-
Monitor outcomes of the
programme on an annual basis.
